HAPPY CHILDHOOD VILLAGE [HCV]

The Governing Board of the HCV is a fifty/fifty partnership between the Catholic Archdiocese of Arusha and the Happy Childhood Foundation Africa, with an active participation of the technical partner for impact measurement. It is presided by HCF Africa and reports directly to the Catholic Archbishop of Arusha. Protocols were signed defining the roles and responsibilities of each party.
